Sounds of grief

If my grief had sound, it would be this. This is a tribute to grief, to sorrow and heartache.

I hope you find some healing in it, some release even, after you listen.

I watched over my dear father on his deathbed in March 2024. I watched the sun rise as I heard him breathe with the help of a machine. I could not cry or scream in his hospital room. This chant is my cry and scream.

This is for all hard losses that we don't give space or voice to.

May we allow our hearts to break and pour out grief so that we can open up space for joy and love.
